Summit employees become Professional Engineers (P.E.)

HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. – Robert (Robby) Hoffman and Robert Bullock, Summit Design and Engineering Services employees, have both passed professional engineering licensing examination and are now Professional Engineers!

According to the North Carolina Board for the Licensing of Engineers, there are various requirements to become a licensed engineer in the state. Professional Engineers must be of good moral and ethical character, have graduated from an accredited college or university with a degree in engineering, pass the examinations established by the board, have at least four years of progressive professional engineering experience and attain three reference letters showcasing the applicant's character, reputation, responsibility, integrity and competence.
